My butt has a cape

Well...yes.

Ya get what I mean?

But really I've noticed that it's been getting ever so slightly warm...like by a degree or two

So I can now wear a short sleeved shirt with a sweater!...under my coat. But that's still progress!

Maybe I'm just reppin' America, but this is seriously one of my favorite shirts. The red leggings make it fun and colorful...I did realize that I was probably the most brightly dressed person in London.

I enjoy being a girl

Well sometimes.

But really when I am not looking forward to going to class (not because I don't enjoy the class, but sheerly because I have to walk in the cold and I'm lazy)

But when that happens, I play dress up

And you can ask my roomies cuz it drives them crazy. I will put  on outfit after outfit and eventually settle...

Except I'm always happy with dresses, because I do like being girly on occasion.

Plus this print brings me a hopeful greeting to Spring!

Throw on a nice, light cardie and a pair of thermal tights (or normal tights if you're not like me and freeze at 40 degrees F)

And again I adore all my shoes...these ones in particular were the second pair of shoes I ever  bought in London. Got them at Primark, I believe.

Sometimes it gets casual

Well I wasn't very motivated to go to class on Monday. It was a stressful time.

So my outfit was quite simple...

Don't be fooled by my happy face...

Well actually class wasn't bad...I was just not up for it

Plus the giant bow on my shoulder helped lift my spirits :D

Plus I'm digging my bangs...keeps my forehead warm and makes it look not as large.

Throwback

Well this is a style I enjoyed over break...yes I'm a warm climate girl.

Layered on Layers

So I love this outfit....I really like layering things and they have been saving my life in this freezing weather.

This hat is one of my favorites because I really like how slouchy is it and I've had it for years. And I think this necklace is gorgeous.

I just got this sweater from Primark for £6 and it was probably one of the best sweaters I've ever purchased...I love the stripes and the color :)

Fr-fr-frozen

Well February is almost over and I'm still freezing my butt off.

Plus I've been fighting illness so bundling up is a necessity. Came in handy when my class took a visit to Westminster Abbey~~walking to and from Tube stations isn't as bad as walking there, but it's still so cold!

 My lovely hat that I got at Primark in the men's section for only 3 quid.

The whole outfit which I do like very much.

All bundled up with my coat...which is actually really heavy.

And of course my ears. I have been really loving this combo of earrings.

On Lovely Days

For a moment there, I thought London weather was going to stay lovely...

Alas I was wrong. But I still managed to squeeze this outfit in before freezing

I got quite a few compliments :] the wonders straightening your hair can do
But seriously, I've realized over the years that when I straighten my hair, it changes my look significantly.

Jacket...no jacket. Either way this was a pleasant day

And seriously these Steve Madden boots are amazing, they go with everything and are so comfy.

Even got to add in this adorable necklace one of my best frands gave me over the summer...thank you Mikey!!

Slight Love

Soo I have a slight love of earrings and ear piercings for that matter!

I am dying to get a second cartilage piercing and maybe a few more :x who knows!

But I got this gorgeous ear spike from New Look that makes me feel somewhat like a bad ass, not gonna lie. It can add edge to any outfit ;)

Sup Party People

So I went out clubbing 2 nights in a row...Vday and famous Friday night

It was probably some of the best fun I've had in a while

Outfit for Vday? Very subdued

Didn't actually take a proper full shot of it, but we went to a lovely London club and I ran into friends there and danced with some...nice people :)

SECOND NIGHT

Went to a uni club and it was again so fun...really freaking hot though. But the DJ was one of the best, giving some 90s throwbacks and errythang

Very much liked my outfit

If I'm going out to a relaxed club, I tend to avoid the heels, just cuz a majority of the time we walk there and we're walking on uneven surface....no bueno. Creepers (shoes not people) are my best friend in those situations ;)

Met some amazing people that night :)

Casual Days

I Mustache You a Question

But I'll shave it for later.

So I'm obsessed with mustaches...

I rocked my mustache sweater and as of late I've been loving dressing in all black..not always intentional though.

Plus my favorite color's red so BOOM! Included a lovely red heart shaped necklace just to disrupt the black a bit.

And I've been loving my creepers more and more, plus paring them with high socks is one of my favorite styles :)

Cambridge!!!!!!

So on Friday I got to visit the lovely town of Cambridge...and minus it being freezing, I had a wonderful time.

It's absolutely gorgeous, and it was a huge change that instead of worrying about getting run over by a car, I actually had to keep a look out in fear of being trampled by a bicycle. Those cyclists are mad.

But those tour guide really know how to sell a university...I almost wanted to apply, but then my self esteem dropped a bit when they took us to the building where the atom was split and DNA was discovered...definitely too smart for me.

A major highlight?

Oh yes. Good ol' English pub food. I got a steak & ale pie and it was absolutely delicious. Got this at the famous pub called The Eagle...probably one of the cutest and quaintest pubs ever!

Cambridge is definitely a fantastic city with a lot to see. I recommend it!

If I were a gypsy...

So since I'm in the UK, bohemian style takes second place to actually being warm unfortunately

But I like to try to incorporate boho things into my outfit when I can...probably why I love rings and long earrings.

The headband's the only thing that really let's me believe that I could be a gypsy

The back of this shirt is probably one of my favorite things... Plus the stitched cross pattern along the side of my highwaisted jeans

Oh Bohemia come to me. I also adore these earrings...plus my new liquid liner makes my eyes look large and...woodland-creature-like? Oh well.
